For Shopify stores selling $1,000+ products by phone and quote

Stop losing quotes to silence. Know your profit on every order.

I build a Quote Desk and a Profit Board inside your own Shopify, Gmail and phone system.

Built for stores doing about $2–20M a year that sell $1,000+ products by phone and quote, from stock, a 3PL or direct from the maker.

Khalid AlSaeed · I own My Garage Supplies (opens in a new tab) (nearly $19M in phone-and-quote sales since 2023) and run the core of both there every day.

The Quote Desk's queue for the day on a made-up store: deals due across two reps, missed calls and new leads first, then deals about to go cold, then the rest by money, each with its status, rep and a call button.

The three problems I fix

Quotes and calls go quiet.

A $6,000 quote goes out, nobody follows up, and the customer buys elsewhere. Nobody can say how many quotes are open or who owns them.

Profit per order is a guess until month end.

Supplier cost, freight, fees and refunds differ by brand. Orders under your margin floor go through because nobody sees them in time.

Cash is planned from the bank balance.

Money comes in and goes out on different dates, and owners see a cash gap only when it hits.

1Recommended first

Quote Desk: every quote gets an owner and a next step.

Calls, web quotes, emails and draft orders land in one queue per rep.

Time about 3 weeks

  • Who to call first

Missed calls and new leads first, then deals going cold, then the biggest money.

  • History that writes itself

Calls and emails log themselves. AI drafts summaries and follow-ups; your rep sends them. Nothing goes to a customer on its own.

  • Margin before the discount

Every quote shows its margin and the rep's payout before any discount. Supplier costs stay in the owner view.

  • Each rep's results

Wins and payout per rep, from the orders themselves.

One deal in the Quote Desk on a made-up store: the quote's value, its margin and the rep's payout, and a suggested add-on before the invoice.

One deal in the Quote Desk.

2The second build

Profit Board: every order's real profit, the day it's placed.

Built on the same accounts. If margin is your bigger leak, it can come first.

Build $4,000 founding price; $5,500 from the 4th client
Time about 2–3 weeks
Both systems $8,500 founding price
Try the live Profit Board
  • Real profit on every order

After supplier cost, freight, fees and refunds, and the month down to operating profit.

  • Leaks in dollars, each with its fix

Orders under your floor, freight over quote, and supplier price rises you haven't passed on. Built for client stores; not yet run at a store.

  • 30 days of cash ahead

Where your balance bottoms out, with customer money owed to suppliers kept apart from yours.

  • A Monday email

Last month's profit and this week's actions, in your inbox. Built for client stores; not yet run at a store.

Also: profit by channel and by rep. Built for client stores; not yet run at a store.

The Profit Board's weekly owner page on a made-up store: the month's operating profit and where each $100 of sales went, sales, gross margin, contribution after ads, the 30-day cash low point, this week's actions with the dollars at stake, and the quotes waiting in the Quote Desk.

The weekly owner page. Both demos are built from the systems I run at My Garage Supplies, shown on a made-up store.

Who builds it

Khalid AlSaeed

Founder, Mizan Commerce

Mizan (pronounced mee-ZAHN) is Arabic for the scale: honest measure.

I own My Garage Supplies, a Shopify store that has sold nearly $19M of $2,000–$10,000 garage equipment by phone and quote since 2023. This year I built its quote desk and profit board, and I run the core of both every day: the queue, deal history, AI drafts, margin and payout on quotes, and profit per order. The leaks list, channel view and Monday email are built for client stores and haven't run at a store yet.

I didn't measure a before at my own store, so I don't claim a lift. Founding clients' results, measured from the audit's baseline, will be the first I publish.

  • Every figure I give you is labelled measured, estimated or assumed.
  • If the build isn't worth it for you, I'll say so.
  • No lock-in: you own everything, and the monthly plan ends on 30 days' notice.

“Relying on memory made it easier for things to slip through the cracks, which could mean losing out on sales. Now everything is in one place. It keeps us accountable and makes sure we're following up with customers correctly, so fewer opportunities get missed. The setup was very quick and fitted our business really well straight away.”

Co-founder, My Clean Supplies. A friend's store: he set it up himself from a guide I shared before Mizan took on clients.

What the Quote Desk is worth to your store

Your own numbers, for the desk only. If what it recovers doesn't cover its cost, don't buy it. What you type stays in your browser.

Example figures, made up for illustration, not measured at any store. Replace them with yours.

On these numbers the Quote Desk build pays back in about 6.7 months after handover, then adds about $820 a month after the plan's cost.

Cost used: $5,500 for the build, plus $1,250 a month for the optional plan. The audit fee is credited if you sign within 30 days of the report. Gains count from handover. Estimates from your figures, not a promise.

The Profit Board's value depends on your own data, so the audit puts a dollar figure on it instead.

$1,250 a month

For one system · $2,000 a month for both

I watch the automations and respond within one business day if something breaks. Up to 6 hours of changes a month (10 for both), and a monthly review call.

Month to month, 30 days' notice.

Without it: $150 an hour after the 30 days of fixes, or any n8n or Airtable builder can maintain it from the handover notes.

Founding clients (first 3)

The prices above are for the first 3 clients. In return, you let me measure the results before and after and describe them. Your name and figures are used only with your written approval of the exact wording.

Tools are billed to you directly: about $150–250 a month for a 3-rep store with the desk (estimate). What it costs to run.

Questions

We already have a CRM. Why would we need this?

You may not. If your CRM already gives every quote an owner and a follow-up date, logs calls and emails without typing, and shows margin on the quote, keep it. If not, the desk handles quotes and calls on its own. A CRM sync is scoped before you pay.

Whose accounts does it run on?

Yours: your Shopify, Gmail and phone system, on Airtable and n8n, with an AI key in your name. You open the accounts and I build inside them. Access is by invite, never your passwords, and it keeps running if you stop working with me. It's automatic where it can be: deals created, calls and emails logged, orders, fees and ad spend synced.

Which phone systems and tools does it work with?

Running in production at my store: Aircall. Built, not yet run at a store: Quo (OpenPhone). Also Google Workspace, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Other phone systems, Outlook, Meta Ads, QuickBooks and Xero: scoped before you pay.

How much of my time does it take?

About 4 hours across the desk build (kickoff, opening the accounts, one review, training) and about 3 for the board. Each rep: about an hour of training. I build the price list from your supplier sheets and you check it, about an hour per brand. After handover, someone enters supplier invoice totals (unless costs are already in Shopify) and, for the board, the bank balance weekly. Estimates; the audit confirms them.

What changes for my reps?

They work one queue, top to bottom, each on a private web page. They see prices, margin bands and their own payout, not your supplier costs.

What happens when a rep leaves?

Their link is switched off in one click. Their deals and history stay.

How do calls and AI work? Does it ever email customers?

Summaries and drafts use Anthropic's Claude under your own API key. Your phone system plays the recording notice, and you choose where recording is on. Nothing goes to a customer by itself; the only automatic email is the Monday summary, to you (built for client stores; not yet run at a store).

What does it cost to run?

Your tools, plus the optional monthly plan. Tools are in your name and billed to you directly. Published prices, Oct 2026: Airtable Team from about $20 per seat a month and n8n Cloud Pro about $60 a month (n8n bills €50), billed annually, plus AI usage billed by Anthropic. A 3-rep store with the desk pays about $150–250 a month, an estimate; I quote the exact figure before you start.

How is our data kept secure?

Your data stays in your accounts. Access is by invite, never your passwords, and read-only where possible. I sign your NDA or mine, use what I see for your work only, delete exports at the end, and you can remove my access at any time.

Why trust a one-person service?

I run the core of both systems at my own store every day, and you can try both demos now. The audit is refundable within 7 days of the review call. If I'm unavailable, it keeps running in your accounts, and any n8n or Airtable builder can maintain it from the handover notes.

Do you also do ads, SEO or email marketing?

No. I work alongside your agency: better follow-up makes their traffic convert.

Next step

Tell me how your store sells today.

Send your website and how quotes are handled now, or take a 15-minute call. I answer every email myself.

I'll ask how quotes are followed up today and which phone system you use, and tell you whether the desk fits. If it doesn't, I won't chase you.

Or email me two times that suit you.
